Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the exterior with your Return Authorization number.
Send and Refund
Ship the package back to our Auckland warehouse; once inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
