How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We aim for lightning-fast delivery. North Island orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while South Island orders take approximately 2-3 business days. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural addresses.
What is your return policy for supplements?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from our Auckland warehouse. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
